Warranty, Returns, and Refund Policy

30 Day Refund Policy

For your peace of mind, our full refund policy lasts 30 days from the day your purchase arrives. If for any reason you decide that you no longer require your purchase you can return it to us for a full refund. You will be responsible for any costs associated with return delivery.

If more than 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept gift vouchers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Wireless Gadgets, 44 Ethelburt Avenue, Southampton, SO16 3DD, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Warranty

All of our products have a 12-month warranty period from the day of purchase.

If your product develops a fault or defect through no fault of your own, and within the warranty period, we will be happy to exchange for a like-for-like replacement.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective within the warranty period or damaged during delivery. All defects or damage must be detailed in an email to CustomerCare@WirelesssGadgets.co.uk and include a short video and/or photos to demonstrate the issue. You must include your order number and receipt so we can identify your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
